NYS "More Than Work" Ads

The NYS "More than Work" recruitment campaign, in partnership with the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and 200+ nonprofit service-providing agencies, combats the critical state-wide hiring crisis in the direct support professional field. These ads not only appeared on all social media platforms but OHH usages as well, such as digital billboards in New York City. Vibrant designed several screens that were brought to life with fun 2D animation composited with current caregivers and residents.
